Got the 4kwh system and it is impressive. The size allows closet storage and 3000w is good to power everything I would need in a pinch. This won't power your home but you'll be able to run a high powered fan and a fridge for a day without solar.Edit: Hurricane MiltonHad a fan, deep freezer and regular fridge connected the entire time. Almost ran out of power because it was overcast the day after but once the sun came out I was running at a surplus

It's compact for what it does, but very heavy for me. The solar panels are floppy and awkward but effective. The aiming feature takes the guess work out of maximizing solar charging.The 2 200 watt panels are sure to disappoint in all but the strongest summer sunlight. You will quickly run out of charge in extended inclement weather. It will require intelligent power usage management in every situation. Nonetheless, excellent quality and warranty and customer service by telephone.

Nice battery backup to help with thunderstorms and other power outages. We only have 2 solar panels so charging is VERY slow. It works fine and we are considering more panels in the future.I do wish the panel to battery cables were longer. For us the ideal panel location has the battery in direct sun/heat as well.I've run our refrigerator with no problems. I also setup a small AC and laptop computer to see if I could power my office. Both the fridge test and PC test worked great. I did not run the battery down but the power indicator on the battery indicated we could run for 6+ hours without the solar panels. I need to see how much the 400W panels help.

The generator with battery pack work flawlessly. I had problems getting any production out of the solar panels until I discovered the provided 90° adapter on the solar panel cables is actually a reduce so using that was preventing solar power from getting to the generator. That isn't readily apparent in the setup instructions. After solving that problem, haven't been able to get more than 150 watts from either of the "200 watt" solar panels (and yes they are aligned to the correct angle and azimuth on a totally clear day).

I live in Apt and I bought this for those power outages, being that I have meds that need to be kept refridgerated. It has kept it's level of percentage of battery since charging it by power outlet. nice screen display bought a dc powered fridge cooler so I could put my meds into. And the display shows the amount of power going out and time remaining for what your using.

Loved the price when it went on sale.Couldn't pass up everything that came with it. 2 solar panels, the generator, and an extra battery. Simple set up and didn't take long to charge. The generator can be moved around easily since it has wheels and an extension handle to pull it. I plan on purchasing another battery soon.More power to last longer.

I ordered a few things ( 6k worth) they are a great portable battery but you better charge it at home. The solar panels charge very slowly. If you hook up more than one it gets even worse. The 1k is great for camping and the panel helps but I wouldn’t rely on the panel

Power outage for 20 hours, worked like a charm. It's portable, had great power stored, and was quiet. Recharge was quick, enough ports for electrical and USB charging.
