Got this for my parents, set it up myself; quite easy and did not need to rely on Reach for installation. Although they did reach out, in general on phone / chat they are quite responsive and helpful for info. Machine in general is pretty decent, only using it for walk and maybe a bit of incline walking too. Like its design as well, it is a however a little heavy to move around but quite manageable when you compare it with some really heavy duty machines, my dad who is 73 was able to manage it as well, of course you need to be a little on the able body side. Rolling it say under a bed is a possibility, but it takes a small amount of effort.

I'm still fuming as I write this review. You know that feeling when you're excited about a purchase, tracking the delivery daily, only to have your heart sink when you finally open it? That's exactly what happened when my REACH Walkez treadmill arrived. The moment I opened the box, my excitement turned to complete dismay. There it was - my supposedly new treadmill - entire packing was damaged and the best part the treadmill don’t work. It looked like it had been through a wrestling match before reaching me. I thought, "Okay, mistakes happen. I'll just contact customer service and sort this out." Well, that's when the real frustration began. Hundreds of phone calls, and countless messages later - absolute silence. It's like shouting into a void. I've literally had better conversations with my wall than with REACH's customer service. The worst part? This isn't some small purchase we're talking about. This is hard-earned money down the drain. And it's not just me - apparently, they're expert ghosters because everyone I know who's tried to contact them has hit the same wall of silence. **PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR SANITY AND YOUR WALLET, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND!** At this point, I have a very expensive piece of damaged equipment taking up space in my home, serving as a daily reminder of this terrible decision. You know what really gets me? They're still out there, probably selling more of these to other unsuspecting customers. I'm writing this review not out of spite, but because I genuinely don't want anyone else to go through this frustrating experience. There are plenty of other brands out there that actually care about their customers and won't leave you with a damaged product and a dent in your bank account. Bottom line: This has been the worst purchase experience of my life. REACH seems to be running a business model of "sell and vanish," and they're pretty good at the vanishing part. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Trust me, your future self will thank you for avoiding this brand.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This treadmill has genuinely been a surprise. I was expecting this product to be just slightly above mediocre but it has been full of surprises. First off, the quality and solid build is really good for something in this price range. It is good or even better than most 1 lakh range treadmills you can see in the market. I was sort of skeptical about ordering this on Amazon but the installation guy came within 2 days of arrival on my doorstep and did a good job with the installation. The product itself is fairly simple and easy to use. A large and neat display layout makes it easy to adjust settings and speed and all buttons are easy to understand and use. The incline function is also a cool bonus and amazing for something in this price range. The belt is nice and wide and feels of good quality! The calorie count is also pretty accurate as it is more or less similar to the readings on my Apple Watch. Now for the cons - 1. There is no pause button. So you can’t pause your workout and resume it. It’s such a bummer as it completely resets your stats if you stop and start the run. 2. The handle bars have small uneven holes in its plastic. While the rest of the treadmill is of good quality, I was miffed by the slight holes in the plastic on the armrest handle bars. I don’t know if this is how the manufacturing is but whatever. 3. The tablet/phone holder could have been bigger. It’s ok while standing still but when you are running the phone/tablet seems to shift due to vibration and fall off. On the whole I feel you are getting more than you pay for. The overall quality is good. The incline feature is a good bonus and the service is fast and responsive. Apparently you can also fold and store the treadmill horizontally, although I didn’t try it since I have a lot of space in my home gym. Overall a good bargain if you ask me.

It's very easy to install, good quality. Very convenient to use. It has compact size, and gives premium look. Good product at this price point.

Quality and performance of the treadmill is best. Received a semi installed product so very easy to install. Pulse sensor is very accurate. Speaker quality is good.

The product stopped functioning within just four months of purchase. Despite raising multiple complaints and sending several follow-up emails, no action has been taken so far. The support team’s response has been highly disappointing. I sincerely regret purchasing this product.
