Great workout!
Absolutely love my vibration plate, I use it at least twice twice a day, seems to help my circulation , also I have three other family members that tried this and loved it so much that they all have gotten one!

Fantastic machine - easy to use and store. There are lots of YouTube videos with 10 minute exercise sets to follow. It has helped my leg circulation.

Love It
Just got and used for first time! Exactly what I was looking for and it’s built very sturdy and I feel secure on it(am 65)! I can tell it’s increasing my circulation as I am itching in areas that are shaken; for decades I have used a rolling widen wheel massager similar to those used at spas and Gloria Marshall’s during the 70s & 80s which causes same reaction. I also love the size as I can keep in my master bathroom but could see using while watching tv. I have lymphedema in my left arm and know this will help. One last thing … pretty quiet and doesn’t bother my dog at all. Very pleased…was a little skeptical but have been proven wrong!

This actually helps!
Having body and leg aches gets old. Can use this standing or sitting. There are 10 minute vibration presets. Sitting on it while it moves/vibrates/shakes helps lower back and pain lower down. Sitting on a chair and placing feet on it while it does its thing helps with calf cramps. Standing while its moving helps overall cramps and aches. Very surprising. Whole family is using it now and ordering their own, too!
