These are my new favourite headphones. Have been using Shokz OpenRun pros for a long time and loved using them for the gym and running but these Cleer Audio Arc II headphones are so much better!The sound is incredible. They produce such an immersive sound, nearly on par with in ear headphones. The bass is so good for open ear headphones - it's deep and rich with a balanced oomph! The clarity of the higher range is amazing - such crispness. The sound quality has really blown me away as I wasn’t expecting it to be this good.The fit is secure and comfortable. I feel no movement on my 10k runs and they are super secure at the gym, regardless of what exercise I am doing. I wear glasses and they cause no issues at all and so comfortable I forget that I am wearing them. People have pointed out that I’m still wearing the headphones and I haven’t realised!I love that it has multi pairing so that it connects to my iPhone and watch at the same time. It just makes switching between devices so easy. The app allows you to make tweaks to the sound and to the touch controls if you want. I’ve set it to the smart EQ as the sound is perfect for me but if you are a music person you may want to tweak the EQ to suit your own personal tastes.I can’t recommend these enough! They are such a great set of headphones that provide the open ear benefits when I am out running without compromising the sound quality!Just buy them

I purchased these after a lot of research, quality of sound was great but just didn't fit my ears so well. The reason why I'm writing this review is not to complain about this product but my annoyance of the return system with Amazon.I class myself as a good customer of Amazon and when I tried to return product after 1 week I was told that I would have to organise return myself. Recieved labels from Amazon and I was informed by my local Post Office that they could not post it because of batteries so only option was to get DHL to collect at a cost to me of €48 which I thought was a lot. I would have thought that Amazon would have arranged collection for this product as it was only a week old. I'm very dissatisfied with the return system offered and Amazon say they will reimburse me up to €10.35 of the carriage cost.

The build quality is great. They're quite heavy though and I'm not sure they'd stay in place for runners.I paid the extra for this second generation ones because of option to bluetooth to 2 devices. However, that doesn't work reliably so still have to carry a second pair for work. In fact, the connection to one device can be quite flaky and there's a frequent brief glitch in the sound. Putting them in the case should release the connection with the phone but that doesn't always happen either, meaning I have to disconnect in phone settings.

Product type is great, instead of the in-ear pods. Touch controls on this product are bit clunky and error prone, but acceptable. Main issue is there is no support - I had quite a few sync issues and eventually the right earphone died after 5 months. I used amazon provided support link 3 times, not a single reply. Eventually had amazon refund the product

i think it's important that the designers of clear audio arc 11earbuds are aware that their product is far from perfect.the products is heavy and gives me ear ache , i have larger size ears so the speaker design does not send sound into my ear canal it just gets lost in a crackly muffle.when on a plane i hear nothing so for me this is a non product.sorry guys thats was my experience, i wanted these to work but not for me.

very poor sound quality, crackles, distortion, drops totally, instructions are vague, couldn't change device - just terrible. I am assuming my paid are faulty as other reviews are very positive. returned for a refund.

One ear bud has stoped registering in app, Amazon state to contact manufacture , they have just ignored. I wouldn’t purchase this brand again.
