Really love this already! The planning feature is great. And it drops the food right on time. The measurements of portions in my opinion are a good size amount. Holds a lot of food so no worries of having to refill the holder for a while. My cat Moses took to it instantly. I also have the free flow waterer. Indicator lights take the worry away from me to know everything is going well. And I like know that if I want to I can drop food from anywhere for my fuzzy son. Now if only a camera was on it😉Hint hint. I highly recommend this feeder camera or no camera.

It was an amazing product for roughly 2 weeks. Until I tried using the app this morning. It prompted me to sign in. Upon trying I'm plagued with error codes from "Network Exception" to "Client should send domain name request to user again". The feeder itself is amazing. The app is a literal pile of junk and good luck trying to get ahold of any support from them. Avoid at all costs if you intend to use the smart features. Very disappointed.

Bought 3 of these. One at first and then two more. Had them for a while now. No issues whatsover.

Feeder decided no good for kitty. App upgraded itself. Signed me out and stopped feeding my cat. It is forcing me to create new credentials and agree to new user agreement. My cat missed one day of feeding. It could have been worse if I was out of town longer. I will look for another product and never buy anything from this company again.

This thing has been a godsend! We have an older cat who likes to eat at 5 am. We were able to set a timer and it will automatically drop some food in the dish so that we don't have to get out of bed so early. There is also an app you can download that allows you to feed your cat from anywhere!

I honestly wants to keep it not ending up return it if it connects stable. It always lose the connection for no reason.

Got this cat feeder so that my car would stop meowing at 4 am for food. It’s perfect. I have it on a timer and it feeds her at a set time every day so I don’t have to. Also, I can feed her whenever I want from my phone. So if she does decide to meow even though it fed her already, I can drop some extra food to shut her up. 10/10. Love it.

This is my first bad review in years of buying products from Amazon. As many have mentioned, product worked great at first BUT after a couple months I was logged out of the app for whatever reason (maybe app update). Thereafter, it was impossible to re-establish connection with the feeder even though it still runs at its scheduled time. I’ve followed the instructions by resetting it and the app simply does not want to re-establish a connection. There is no number to call the manufacturer. You can only submit “feedback” requests and no one ever reaches back to you. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST product. Please avoid buying it if you want to avoid headaches. Now I don’t really know if my cat has been feed if someone is not in the room when it dispenses food. Horrible!!!
