Hallo,nach mehr maligen Anwenden konnte ich feststellen dass das Griffstück/Schneidschutz untauglich für "kleiner" Schneidgüter ist.Dieses Griffstück bleibt ständig an der Klinge hängen oder rutscht über das zu haltende Schneidgut ab! Ich finde das ist unmöglich und nicht mehr als mit drei Sternen (die Mandoline schneidet alles was man mit der Hand führt! Ist aber extrem gefährlich für die Finger wenn es dem Ende entgegen geht!!! Dafür sollte der Schneidguthalter/Griff sein um die Finger zu schützen. Dieser ist aber UNTAUGLICH!!!)
