Its ok... Not that pigmented on the eyebrows
This feather pen looks good when you swatch it on your hand, you get that hair stroke look. However, when you put it on your eyebrows it doesn't show up, it's not strong enough to apply on skin that is hairy. it only shows up on parts of the skin that is almost completely hairless.
