Q: Does the strap from the closure hang long and is there any way to secure it?

All the straps are actually one piece/ one big loop. If you pull one it’ll tighten the other then you can tighten the fasten part. It takes a little playing around with. This should fix the loose part.

Q: Anyone having issues when picking a size? every time i add the women’s cloud2 sports sandal in size 8, description changes to a size 8 in men’s.

Same problem - I click on the women's size 8 in Chacos store but in my cart it says men's size 8... I'm scared to buy in case they send me men's!

Q: Are these good for those that have plantar fasciitis?

This is my 3rd pair of chaco. First one of Zcloud. They have a raised arch and I find support very good and comfortable even for long walk, but I cannot comment on plantar fasciitis as I don't have it personally.

Q: What about half sizes? I wear a size 7.5. Should I size down or up?

I also wear that size and I sized down and they fit purfect.
