Assembly was straightforward, and it stays stable even on longer drives. Overall, a reliable and well-designed bike rack — highly recommend! Review: Beware: attachment pin not long enough - Beware! The pin to attach the rack to the hitch is not long enough. I have a standard 2" hitch as specified. However the width of my hitch is 1/2 inch on each side so the pin is not long enough to secure the rack. Now they suggest I send it back for a refund! I spent 4 hours assembling this and threw away the package so stuck with a hitch that will not work. The company states they do not have a longer pin. My hitch came standard with my car when I bought it so I cannot believe that this same problem had not occurred previously.
