I still stand by my former 1 star review of the product I received. However, the company reached out to me and asked me about my experience and offered me a refund on the product despite the fact that I was well outside the return and no longer had it to return to them.This was uncommon and exceptional to me. That is worth a few stars. Perhaps, I received an odd faulty sifter. Regardless, they felt with the problem swiftly and professionally and I would feel comfortable buying from this company again.Former review below.It broke the first time I used it. I was sifting powdered sugar and the trigger mechanism constantly locks up. Unfortunately, I am outside the return window.

Great sifter, easy to handle and sifts very well

I had tested it last year just to see if the mechanics worked. Was fine. Finally tried to bake something and went to sift basic confectioners sugar. Nope. Hardly moved. I took most of it out and it still didn’t go. I emptied it and the crank was ok. Not sure what is clogging it but what i saw was fine sugar. So this is a no recommendation and what a bust.

Nice little sifter for fine layer of cornstarch. Without it, it always clumped in some places and none in others. I love this little sifter. It would also be great for powdered sugar and obviously for flour. A+

Delivered in a good state. The item turned out to be smaller than what I expected. It's the size of a big mug.
