Bfr bands
Good quality bands Sometimes they don’t do tight enough and are hard to make sure they are at the right pressure Good value for money though

Clasp problems.
Excellent product. Top quality bands. The only issue I have is that the clasp doesn't always close the way they say it does and its awkward at times to get a good fit.

Great quality
Just received this through the post today. Must say I haven't had a change to use it at the gym but im very impressed so far with the quality and design reason for me only giving four stars . Very strong material the part which support the pulling mechanism is made of metal which is perfect. Alot better then the other brands which bought.

An expensively cheap option.
Had these for a while now. At first I was impressed but it turns out that this was just because I didn't know any better. I was getting decent pumps and some results. But over a few weeks the elastic started to fray at the edges and the buckle springs on one cuff weakened making it awkward to tighten. On one occasion the springs shot out and had to be located, retrieved and replaced. Disillusioned a bit. So I bought some pneumatic cuffs. Reluctantly because they were costly. And was a bit suprised at the difference. Using a finger pulse display to find Limb Occlusion Pressure and dividing this by two for the correct tightness I get results I never would have got with these bands. So as I typed, for the price they really are a cheap option.

Velcro is v poor quality and doesn’t stay
The velcrose doesn’t hold and you end up with straps dangling off you mid set.. I tried going in the site for pros support but it was t a friendly site to navigate the rest of the product is ok for the money

I love how quickly they came in the post - arrived 2 weeks earlier than promised. The bands are excellent quality and do what they are supposed to.

I think the bands work quite well; they are comfortable and effective and I find myself using them often and not just sitting on the rack collecting dust. You need to experiment with them to determine your most effective setting, but that is part of the learning curve. The only down side I can see to them is the way the numbers are applied to the bands. They are applied with raised material that interferes with the smooth function of the band sliding through the buckle on removal (and to a small extent when putting the bands on). I think the idea of the numbers is good. It would be even better if the number were applied to the base material in a way that doesn't change the base material by adding the layering effect of the white "paint/vinyl/rubber". Perhaps some kind of silk screening with dye onto the strap. Just something so the strap material is consistent and not compromised by the white numbers. I've even thought about taking a Dremel or sandpaper and sanding off the numbers but I'm not sure if that would ruin the strap material. If I had the straps without the markings, I would just apply my own reference markings with a Sharpie. In addition, the seller is incredibly responsive to questions and helping with any information you would want to know about the bands. 5 star product and seller, too.

J'utilise les sangles en fin de série, bras (biceps, triceps) et franchement c'est super efficace pour une bonne congestion et je sens un bon renforcement musculaire après plusieurs semaines d'utilisation

I stumbled upon an article about occlusion training in one of my online news articles so I did some research to see what it is all about. The science is definitely there to back up the training so I just needed to find some quality BFR bands to try out. I ordered the BFR Bands PRO X Model, 2 Pack on Wednesday, May 1 and they were delivered Saturday, May 4 (I chose the standard free shipping). I finally got to try them out tonight and all I can say is...wow! I was eager to try them because having recently turned 60, I just can't pump the weight I used to be able to so a lot of time run out of steam long before I can get a good pump. I used these tonight and did some bicep curls with the bands on. I used 10 lb dumbbells (about 20% of my 1 rep max) and did the 30-15-15-15 rep sets. Also did some tricep pull downs and incline bench press using the bar with 30 lbs on it. I got such an incredible pump. Not sure I had the bands quite tight enough but it was my first time so I didn't want to over do it. I haven't had a good pump like this in a long while. Its been a couple hours since my workout and my arms are still "shaky" indicating I got a decent workout. These bands are great. Easy to put on and easy to take off. And the markings help make sure you get the same "pull" on each arm (or leg depending on which you are using them on). I'm really looking forward to seeing how my muscles react to this new type of workout over the next few weeks. I was also experiencing paid in my elbow when curling before with heavy weights; didn't have any pain at all using the 10 lb dumbbells but got a hell of a lot better pump. I am now a "believer".
