very nice rolling backpack. Impressed
I got this for my son after he hurt his shoulder and only can use one arm. It is nice and lightweight but holding up to 7th grade middle school boy. It has a few pockets both on the side for water and another one in the front for pens. The wheels work great and it doesn't flop around which I hate with rolling backpacks. It has detachable straps that tuck in the back so they don't drag around but can switch to a regular backpack. I def recommend this! Also loving that he is using it in the NE and the snow and it seems to be water resistant because everything is staying dry!

This is a very well made and strong backpack. I use it for my weights and mat for my strength class

Broken strap, otherwise ok
The strap broke and the other started fraying after only 2 weeks of use. Normal elementary school supplies should not cause this. Because we bought it in summer and didn't use till fall, my return window was closed. But I bought the 2yr insurance plan since it has wheels and a handle. It has been 4mo of calls/emails/chats with Amazon and Asurion (ins). Amazon finally said they would send me a new one, but I never received it. Asurion was a pain and I had to refile the claim 3 times, and finally they said they would send me a $58 credit, but I have to pack up and pay for the return of this rolling backpack. All of this has not been worth it at all. And Travelers club never responded to calls or emails.

comfortable to use as a backpack, but sturdy wheels if you need to pull it.
the shoulder straps are a good thickness for when it is carried. Just right for mom who can either pull it or wear it as a back pack. Has lots of room inside.

Depth for Spirit Airlines/not for Frontier
For those needing to know, the Depth is actually 8.75 inches and does fit i Spirit airlines sizer. Even packed. just dont use the front pocket for anything puffy. flat items only. using for my kids travel bag. holds 3 compression cubes, water bottle, stuffy/blanket/toiletries, charger/earbuds. Now mom doesnt have to hold the extras for them :)

The straps ripped after one week. Otherwise my daughter loves this backpack. I’ll give another one a try and hopefully we don’t have the same issue

I really liked the design and size of this backpack, but unfortunately the shoulder strap ripped after a short time of use. It was disappointing because I expected it to last longer. I hope the quality can be improved.
