This is a good quality product. I have read that some people have been taking over and above the recommend dose for maximum benefits along with vitamin B5. I have been doing the same but for a few weeks and have noticed my eyelashes are extremely long, really stands out when using mascara, my lashes have always been short and sparse but it has gone long. I can’t see the effect on my hair at the moment because it has been styled a particular way but edges have grown and bald patches are filling up.

El producto esta muy bien. Las pastillas son muy pequeñitas asé que fáciles de tragar. El único inconveniente que hay es que huelen muy mal, pero bueno, es normal debido al Zinc que tiene como ese olor metálico. Para mi no es ningun problema.
