Great product and awesome after sale service! Had an issue with the rear camera and contacted DDPAI via email, and I was satisfied with their response.

The DDPAI N3 PRO dash cam works well and the video quality is impressive—clear visuals even at night thanks to the Sony IMX335 sensor and WDR technology. The built-in WiFi and GPS are convenient for easy access and tracking. However, one downside is that despite what the product images suggest, there are no alarm notifications or collision alerts/reports. I was expecting these safety features, but they’re not included. Overall, it’s a solid camera for video recording, but if you want advanced alert features, this may not meet your needs.

Camera is good (Not expecting much though) and easy to install. As said it is supported 24 hr parking with additional hardwire kit. Surprisingly this kit is not included in package and has to buy seperately. Another challenge is to install this kit accurately. Apart from this, No complaints so far with this product yet.

Videos are very clear. Easy to install. DDPAI application is very easy to use value for money.

Few weeks ago, a windscreen of my car was broken. It had to move a DDPAI dash cam to the new windscreen. When I calibrated the dash cam, I realised that the dash cam wasn't working. I contacted consumer service of DDPAI and asked for help. They responded quickly and responsible without hesitate. I was so surprise and appreciate what whey did for help. I can drive with confidence with the dash cam on road now. The brand and the product is totally trustable.
