I have tried different b-complex accross several brands but I always come back to this one as it really helps me to boots my energy levels and feel much better overall both physically and mentally. They seem to be very good quality and I have experienced no side effects. Would definitely recommend :). I am thinking about trying their vitamin d3 & K2 too.

Have had no time to see if they work yet. Like the capsules, easy to swallow.

I bought this product because the description on the right-hand-side of the screen stated that it contained folate (Vitamin B9). A few weeks after its receipt, I ran out of Vitamin B complex and opened the bottle and at the same time, read the list of ingredients. That was when I discovered that the product contained folic acid and not folate. There is a whole lot of difference between methylated folate and folic acid (see below). If Amazon is responsible for writing the description on the rhs of the screen, then that company ought to own up to their mistake and refund me. If Purolabs is responsible for supplying the description, then they should refund me. I am most reluctant to take any of the Vitamin B complex, knowing how folic acid is not altogether an efficient source of B9. "Methylated folate is not the same as folic acid; methylated folate (like 5-MTHF) is the active form of vitamin B9 that your body can use directly, while folic acid is a synthetic form that must be converted by the body into its active form. This conversion can be inefficient for some individuals, making methylated folate a more bioavailable option" (Source: SearchAssist)

Been taking Purolabs for few months & I do feel well my nails are not brittle & skin feels good.

Good quality. Worth the buy. It is one that I will buy regularly.
