Loving Lily Green Supplements’ Saffron capsules! Knowing they are made in the UK gives me confidence in their quality and safety. These capsules have significantly improved my mood and provided a natural sense of well-being. Highly recommend this UK-made Saffron supplement!

First of all, I am not sure if this had any effects on me, as I have taken it for a few days but not seeing/feeling any difference yet. Secondly, the product has a very strong smell of plastic, not sure if it is the product , the capsule material or the packaging itself. It is quite unpleasant as if swallowing plastic, although it is tasteless to the tongue. Hence giving only 3 stars as it is not appealing for me Do note that the key ingredient, Saffron, is not originated from UK.

Amazing love it doing me good

I ordered these Saffron capsules because I'm a strong believer in herbal and other complementary therapies and like to try new things. For me, they were not a success. The saffron is delivered in a standard size capsule which I find perfectly easy to take under the tongue, with a huge gulp of water. Saffron is an expensive and prized spice and I was interested to see from other reviews that it does appear to lift low mood for some people. I tried it several times with a gap of a few days inbetween, but each time I felt shaky and desperately drowsy, almost dead on my feet, the next day. Perhaps it takes time to acclimatise to taking Saffron but there is no compelling reason for me to try to do so. This is a Vegan capsule prepared and sold in a responsible way and obviously suits some customers, so I gave it four stars - but I won't be buying it again.

I think that these are working I am starting to feel the difference. I think I am craving things less

Good price. I pay more for less in the kids caps I buy. That said these contain rice filler and my goto brand doesn’t.. Magnesium threonate, lions mane, b12, vit d, zinc and vegan omega 3 dha helps more with focus this is better for mood regulation.I didn’t feel the impact as quickly as regular brand which is a shame as these are better value for money. Hope that helps

I found the capsules easy to swallow, they also do not have any aftertaste. I have been taking this supplement for two weeks now and haven't noticed any negative side effects. I have noticed that my PMS symptoms are lower, my skin feels clearer, and I feel my mood has improved.
