Advert shows it all, very sturdy, been running for a while now, intense gaming with Fortnite, working perfectly. Came with additional boxes for installed components and check list showing working testing results. Very well packaged, very pleased

I bought the i7 9700f with the the rtx 2060 super. At first glance it is a fantastic first time buy and a beast of a comp. this is also the first computer I have bought and now have moved from console to pc. however I still stuck to my instinct and took it to someone who knows computers like the back of their hand. The first thing he had spotted was that the connecting lead to the led at the top of the tower to the motherboard were plugged in the wrong way with 2 pins bent, not making it work at all. Luckily this do not cause the led to break so this was quickly fixed. Another issue was the cable management. When I got a second ssd we clearly saw that the person who did the wire management was clearly at the stage of ‘if I have to do one more of these’ situation. After much reorganising it is much more presentable and easy to locate what goes where. I completely endorse this persons judgment due to his professionalism and the fact that I was with him the whole time (plus before and after photos tend to help) Pros - close to top tier specs for a good value for money Con - i had to get someone to correct errors that I would have made let alone a seller.

Fantastic bit ok kit. Great seller will help where possible. Have now purchased a monitor from seller who has been happy to support with any spec requests. Will definitely purchase from seller again!

Pc is very good quality but had a small light issue. Aftersales is very poor tbh, and although the lighting issue doesn't affect the product I purchased not getting back to me to sort this had left a bad taste. Poor excuses like cannot see your emails. Hopefully this product stays working OK, god help me if I have to deal with them again.

It a good pc don’t get me wrong but I would say that the motherboard is cheap and does not come with dual channel capabilities. However the computer is capable of high and Intense fps gaming at any setting you put it at. The single AIO is fine for a small build like this but I would prefer a 240MM. This pc is Great though. I like it alot

Since i got it i had only problems with it and i called at the number that should be for customers but they never answerd..came with a broken windows and now i can’t play anything

Arrived missing a lead. Offered refund for the lead as I had spare. Great product for the price.
