I have taken B vitamins in the past and they worked fine with no issues. Since my current condition is more specific, I went with a more expensive supplement that claimed to be beneficial for neuropathy. I’m not certain how long you have to take them to notice a difference, but three weeks didn’t make a difference. They also gave me horrible reflux. I tried lowering the dosage and it still didn’t help.
