## Features

- Sorbex super absorbent dressing WITH OptiSil Silicone contact layer for moderate to heavy exuding wounds is a four layer dressing pad requiring a secondary fixing dressing
- The OptiSil silicone layer needs to be in direct contact with the wound site in order for optimum performance. The four layers are, 1) Silcone to keep site moist and allow exudate to pass though 2) Comfortable wicking layer to protect fragile tissue 3) Super absorbent core to lock away excess exudate 4) Protective water-proof backing to prevent strike through
- Indicated for leg and pressure ulcers, non-infected diabetic foor ulcers and dehisced surgical wounds. Dressings are sterile, individually packed
- Having the silicone layer provides gentle care to the wound skin whilst enabling excess exudate to run into the dressing extremely quickly
- Excellent exudate management, minimizes risk of maceration and leakage, traps wound fluid away with a bacteria-proof backing removing the risk of strike through
