Like the one my OT has
This pulley is similar to the one my OT uses. It does not come with a hook, but I was able to hang it on the door hinge. I live in an old building with very tall doors and the cords are almost too long for me. It can be used with a chair, though.

Shoulder exercise
I bought it after my shoulder surgery. It’s the same kind. They use that my PT gym. It worked well and never had a problem and my shoulder is so much better.
