Estimados por favor en la mención del producto se especifica que es para niños y adultos, no obstante el producto ya me llego pero en el empaque no indica la posología en el caso de niños, cual sería? La compre para tomarla yo y también mi hija que tiene 4 años. Agradezco su respuesta

tengo 2 meses que me la estoy tomando y es super recomendada muy pero muy bueno. mis hijos les dio gripe o tos por un virus que anda por ahora y gracias a D-OS no me ha dado gripe ni tos.
