The good: It has more room for stuff than the OEM tray. It comes with little liners for each individual section which help stuff not move around. It sits lower in the console to accommodate the plugs so in turn it's easier to reach in and get stuff it's not such a harsh angle as it is with the OEM tray. The not as good: (not bad) - It's a little harder to get it out and get to the compartment below you either have to use two hands or have hands big enough to grab the two main dividers and 'palm' it so you can lift it out. Also, the light for the entire box is below the tray so the tray blocks all the light in the dark. The OEM tray has the gap in the front so the light shines up.
