There is a manufacturing defect, the focus does not work and is not clear, and there is a black spot permanently at the edge of the picture from the top right.

I recently acquired the WiFi 4k microscope, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of impressive. Within just five minutes of unboxing the device, I had it connected to my phone, ready to put to the test.Once connected, I I pointed it at a electronic board I was working on. The clarity and detail of the images captured were astounding. Every component, from the smallest resistors to intricate circuit pathways, was visible with exceptional precision.The WiFi functionality proved to be a game-changer, allowing seamless wireless connectivity to my phone. This feature liberated me from the constraints of wired connections, making it more convenient to maneuver and capture images from various angles. The accompanying app was user-friendly.The microscope’s use extends beyond just electronic boards. Its high-resolution capabilities make it suitable for a wide range of applications, from inspecting small mechanical parts to examining plant specimens.

For the price of this tiny unit the ability to easily coccent, view and photograph your knife edges while sharpening is remarkable. Connection and setup were very easy on both Android and Windows. Great value.

Software is a little iffy but other than that nothing to complain here. Great for smd rework!

I’ve used this little scope to take photos of my tiny pet spider, and also to identify pests on one of my houseplants. Quick to set up and easy to use. It would be great if it came with an optional clip-on stand, but as it is, I find it’s easiest to adjust focus by moving the microscope closer/further from the object you’re looking at (vs. using the focus ring on the scope). I’ve used it many times now, and still haven’t needed to recharge. The app that powers the camera is simple but useful.I’m using this wifi microscope with an iPhone 14 Pro.
