Works very well
Much better sprouts than in the earlier plastic contraption I had. There’s a knack- wash a handful of the grain and put it into the top container without soaking. Wash every day or twice a day if the weather is very dry. Starts to sprout in about 48 hours in a dry climate. Continue till the sprouts are the length you want. The lower container ensures no mess on the counter. Make sure it’s damp but not full of water. Makes enough for a dry stir fry dish for two or a wet gravy dish for four.

Good but not working
Overall a nice clay product...but we didn't get sprouts even after 4days...now using perforated bowl as planter and one with lid to make curd...happy with product but not for the purpose it was bought for
