the plastic rivets where the screw goes on the hood plates were extremely easy to strip for me so taking them off would require breaking it off but although it still fits perfectly and looks really good so i won’t need to do that

Such a sweet change for such a low, reasonable price. Do not be fooled, the quality is good.

Looks better than the original chrome set
Installation was quick. Made the whole front look a lot better/fresher. Even the dent in the hood does not look as bad anymore :) The quality of the material is a bit flimsy though. Does not feel quite as sturdy as the original one, especially the back-end piece. But, unless you have original and the new in your hands, you will not be able to tell the difference, especially once the new set is installed. I think for the money, it does the trick.

Fits perfect looks great
Really easy to replace u just shove ur fingers in the old ones and undo the clips, then pop the new ones in. New ones look amazing, its pretty sturdy and doesnt fit loosely like many other cheap grills ive tried on my other cars like my e46. Highly recommend

A rock took out part of my OEM chrome/silver grill so purchased this grill as replacement. It looks great and fits surprisingly well. The price is reasonable as well. However, a word of warning. Ensure that you view a video or 2, as to the replacement process. There are several available. I failed to do this and it caused some avoidable difficulty. In particular, I used too much force on the ends of the grill, and I ended up breaking both end clips. On inspection, the clips are not as robust as the OEM part and are prone to break if too much force is applied. The grill is still securely attached using the top and bottom clips, but there's a little bit of play on either end of the grill where the clips broke. Live and learn.

Nice upgrade to any e9x LCI front grill. Pretty easy to install and fits well.
