'Firm' is a relative value - try before you buy.
Delivery was fine, packaging slightly damaged but not through to the pillows but they should have a more robust 'bag' as it was all thin plastic. Was expecting this 'Firm' option to be more robust. It is nice and soft and a fine shape. The feel is smooth. The density is not sufficient for a firm feeling under my neck and the whole pillow compresses too much. I have tried doubling them up but this is too high. So on their own they are not thick or dense enough but doubled it's like laying sat up.
