My husband and I both take these for sleep. We are in our 70’s. Most Melatonin do not work for me. These are great. I chew mine and get only a couple of pages read before I am literally nodding off. Less than 15 minutes. Allows a good night sleep with no hangover effect in the mornings. Allows the middle of the night bathroom trips without the lying awake after. No problems returning to sleep. They taste great, are easy to use and give a true quality sleep. I have RA so pain hits all the time including in bed and during the night. These help to reduce the amount of time I am kept awake due to pain. They do not have any pain killing properties but allow for a better quality of sleep. Highly recommend. I have mine on subscription so I don’t run out. They are that good.

I read all the reviews before I purchased this. I also waited until I got down to half a bottle of it before I wrote an honest review. 1 gummy didn’t do anything for me, I tried again the second night with 2 and it made me a little sleepy but I was still up all night. Then I tried 3 on the 3rd night, it knocked me out pretty fast BUT i was awake a few hours later. On the fourth night I tried 4 gummies, it knocked me out BUT again I was awake a few hours later. It takes a lot for me to sleep through the night so this product in particular helps a little but I need something stronger unfortunately. They do taste good though
