Brita water filter. Genuine replacement, it seems to do a better job at limescale removal/prevention in my one cup water kettle. It's a good fit and simple to install.

These filters really do work & last the whole month. I have really hard water & other Brita filters have not lasted more than two weeks. So I have these ones a try. Well worth the extra £ I’ve actually bought some more when they were on offer.

Very good for the water tank that goes in fridge. I use these all the time and the water just tastes so much better when it's been filtered. Quite good value when you only use one a month. I highly recommend them and definitely buy again.

I have to say, that I've only had this Brita Filter Jug for two and a half weeks, so I cannot comment on how long the filters will last, but from my point of view they work in combating my limescale problem, and they do it very well. I live in Suffolk, which is a really hard water area, and up until two and a half weeks ago I've been purchasing 10litres+ of bottled water weekly because of scummy tea and drinks. Theres nothing worse than an oily scum floating on top of a nice green or black tea. But since purchasing one of these filter jugs, no more. I haven't needed to replace my filter yet, but as its lasted this long its already well worth the investment.

These Limescale filters go beyond the basic Brita filters to soften water for my Breville Oracle Touch espresso machine. I have used several different types of filters and these really have allowed me to reduce the scale build-up in my double boiler machine. It's a worthwhile investment if you deal with harder water and benefit from pre-filtering water before running it through the machines filter.
