Extremely useful coupler for mini-split. I’ve been installing mini-splits throughout my place. Unfortunately, one of them needed a 24ft pipe set rather than the 15ft pipe set it came with. The mini-split cost $699 and if I wanted a 25ft pipe set it was $225 extra. Two of them only needed 5ft of pipe so I cut them to size, used the supplied fittings and a cheap pipe flaring tool and they were done. This left me more than enough of an offcut to use the supplied spare fittings and the flaring tool to make an ‘extension’ pipe set. It was then a simple job to use this coupler set to join the pipes together, saving well over $200 The unit works perfectly, no leaks. Simple, effective and not just excellent value for money but saved over 20 times what they cost! Highly recommended.

Great junctions. I kinked my line set on my mini split while installing. I decided to try this route installing replacing a 50’ lineset. Worked perfectly. Make sure to use a good quality flaring tool and sealant.

I needed to add about 6 feet of tubing so my condensing unit could be located at the desired spot. These worked great and were easy when installing my extension. Material is solid and substanial so this should be around for as long as the unit lasts.

These worked perfect to extend my mini split line set. I did buy the flare gaskets and I also used nylog on the fitting. It was a good value for me vs buying a longer line set since I had extra pieces of line already. It fit the lines perfectly, had no leaks, and was easy to splice 1/4" and 3/8" lines together.

Returned, didn’t need.

Perfect fit , no leaks under vacuum & with pressure. It’s good to see quality workmanship. Made job a lot easier, didn’t have to silphos any fittings just used these connectors.
