Do the pots have air holes as well as drainage holes?

There are no holes up the pot, there are large holes in the raised base and gutters around the edge of the base on the outside, holes up the pot only aid drainage, our pots are specially designed for orchids and as long as the compost is free draining they do not need them, roots can grow out through those holes and as they are near to the root ball they can damage the young roots where holes in the base only ensure that the roots are not as young and tender by the time the get down to the bottom of the pot
