For the price I thought this would be built and designed cheaper than it is. The metal frame is well built and very sturdy, making the whole cabinet very solid. I could see this lasting quite awhile even with frequent use which, again for the price, is surprising. I'd recommend if you're looking for something affordable that isn't made of cardboard or will fall apart in a year.

The quality on this is just okay and could have been better. When assembling this the fiberboard like material easily breaks but once it's together it seems pretty sturdy. Overall I would not recommend this product just because of the amount of difficulty putting it together and the damage with the connections. I recommend looking for better quality sewing table set up or crafting table setup. Plus the thing weighs a ton and you would think with the weight involved it would be at least durable enough to support its own weight but it's not.

Pros: sleek and clean looking. Six cubbies behind two doors on the top half. The work surface easily swings up with a supporting leg or lowers to cover two large compartments. Cons: the top doors do not swing back out of the way. Heavy and difficult put together (I had to have my brother and his son construct it). Overall, I would buy again.

I bought this for my mother to store her craft stuff & the fold out table is great. I was looking for a desk but everything was way too big for her room.

Bought this to store my sewing supplies and sewing machine. It’s perfect for it and now my space is tidy! Love it!

Low grade material, but for storage or light weight work. If you are planning on moving in the future, do not expect it to survive the move without extra care.

It was actually easy to assemble. I am wondering how much weight it's ok to add to the extension. I have a heavy sewing machine and a lighter one. I feel it's ok only for the light one. The doors do not open all the way. That would have been nice. I added a light inside otherwise is too dark.

Directions are easy, however the metal screw holders kept breaking (number 31), and there were not extras which means we don’t have enough support for the entire shelf to make it sturdy. The quality of the pieces holding the shelf together makes the entire item unstable and janky. And the ones that didn’t break did not seat onto the second part correctly which makes the pieces stick out and look un-finished Would not recommend. Note- I buy from Amazon and Ikea often. I have many cheap and expensive items of furniture that I have put together and am well versed in putting these types of items together. This is the cheapest made one I’ve ever encountered, and the price does not match the quality. I’ve spent less on better quality items.
