Smooth, Quiet, and High Quality Garage Door Rollers
I replaced my old garage door rollers with the PGN 2" Nylon White Garage Door Rollers, and the difference was immediate. The door now opens and closes much more smoothly and quietly. The sealed 6200-2RS bearings feel solid and well-made, and the dual-sealed design gives me confidence they’ll last a long time without maintenance. Installation was straightforward, and the nylon wheels glide effortlessly along the track without the loud grinding noise I had before. These rollers significantly reduced vibration and noise, making a big improvement—especially noticeable early in the morning or late at night. Overall, these are excellent-quality garage door rollers at a great value. If you’re looking to upgrade your garage door’s performance and reduce noise, I highly recommend these. Works really good and the fit is perfect!

Noise level dropped to 1/10th of original; well worth it
These wheels were great. I immediately noticed significantly lower noise levels from these rollers. Simple and easy to install, they were a solid replacement. I recorded the before and after, and plotted the intensity levels, and I saw a -10dB improvement, which if you know decibels -10dB is 1/10th as strong, so my ears and recording both show I had significant and measurable improvement. I didn't realize how terrible my garage was until I had these. I mean, I knew it was bad but this was WELL WORTH the hour to replace them. It wasn't even a hard hour, it was simple. Noise analysis: at the lower frequencies (1Hz to 200Hz) there wasn't any improvement, but this is mostly motor noise and the banging of the door opening and closing (I attribute this to the nature of my install, not to the rollers). At 500Hz and above is where you see the most improvement, especially in the 1kHz to 4kHz range which is medium frequency clatter and roller noise. The smoother rolling stops the door from rattling and vibrating as much which overall makes this better.

Great valve for money and well made.
Much quieter and seems to be made well. I’ve had them installed for over 6 months with heavy use and no issues.

Smooth, Quiet, and a Big Upgrade — Excellent Quality Garage Door Rollers
The PGN 2" Nylon White Garage Door Rollers made a noticeable improvement to my garage door almost immediately after installation. These rollers feel solid and well-built, and the quality shows as soon as you handle them. The nylon wheel is smooth and durable, and the sealed 6200-2RS bearing design is a huge advantage because it helps keep out dust and debris while allowing the rollers to glide quietly along the track. Installation was very straightforward. Each roller fit perfectly into the hinges without any struggle. Once installed, the difference in noise level was significant. My garage door used to make a loud rattling noise when opening and closing, but with these rollers, it now operates much more quietly and smoothly. I’m not making any technical performance claims, but the overall movement feels more controlled and stable. The dual-sealed bearing feature is also a big plus. It gives the rollers a longer lifespan since the bearings stay protected from dirt buildup that often causes wear. The wheels roll with very little resistance, which helps reduce the strain on the opener and tracks. Another detail I appreciate is the simple but clean white nylon design. It looks neat and blends well with the hardware rather than standing out. Size is perfect. Thickness is perfect Overall, these PGN garage door rollers offer excellent durability, smooth performance, and noticeably quieter operation. The quality is strong, the installation is easy, and the improvement is immediate. For anyone performing garage door maintenance or upgrading old metal rollers, this set is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

Seem to perform as advertised
So far so good, they fit nicely and installed in about an hour. I opted for the 4 inch white rollers - completely cleaned the track w/brake cleaner prior to install, but they still have black smudge on them after a few cycles. Door is noticeably quieter during operation with new PGN rollers vs metal rollers.

Good DIY maintenance project
I had never considered replacing garage door rollers. Crazy, because why would I think they wouldn't wear out?!? It's20+ years old 🤷 Easy to install for the most part; the bottom brackets on each side were attached to wires that connected go the spring and had a little tension on them, so I had to open the door to the right position that relieved the right amount if tension; but I don't mind a little bit of a challenge. Took less than an hour, including picking up bolts that I dropped, figuring out the tension issue, and fixing the one bracket that I put back in the wrong place. Door operates slightly smoother and quiter now. Definitely worth the cost and time, as compared to what the door guys wanted to charge. I think they charged like 10x the cost of the nylon rollers; which I get, their time and travel aren't free. It's just pretty easy to DIY
