Updated review
Original review below. So i got one of these from Ridge website and it was such better. Elastic didn't feel as flimsy. Not sure why. Updated to 5 stars because the product (from ridge website) is fantastic. So I'm not into minimalist wallets. But, my very high quality, handmade, exquisite leather wallet took a bath in chemicals when a faulty machine leaked on a job site. With some care, its fine. But I was looking for something that wasn't leather, that would dry quickly if that happened again. And something durable. Leather wallets worn in back pocket, tend to bend cards. I like that its metal and they include replacement screws, although i have to assume it's easy to loose screws or why include extra. The elastic for the cash strap seems flimsy. I don't often carry cash, so thats not a huge deal breaker. But, I looked up replacements for the strap on Ridge website and since they are available to buy, I'm a little nervous that they may not be part of wallets warranty... I'd have to check with Ridge about that. But if I lay the wallet down on the cash strap to avoid scratching the metal of the wallet, its pretty obvious that the metal on the cash strap will wear off the finish quick. The problem with Ridge is the same i see with Yeti. Quality products but prices that double competitors for basically the exact same thing. The metal construction seems high quality, but the elastic seems pretty thin. The cash strap elastic feels so flimsy. I rarely ever carry cash. But when I do, I don't want to loose it. And I question how well that will hold up. Additionally, for the money, I'd expect heavier duty elastic. This looks and feels like it will wear very quickly. Overall this is the third minimalist wallet I've tried. One was $20, one $120 and this was $70... the $120 Proof wallet felt the most heavy duty, lighter, and all around best of the 3... but it is half leather, and thicker than the ridge. In the end, I went with Ridge. But, even at $70... I feel this wallet is a bit overpriced.

Great item!
Small and useful. Does as advertised. Can't testify to the security of the RFID part but you'd be amazed how much you can carry. Not to mention how much you don't need in your pocket! Digging out a card does take some practice but it's well worth the money.

Very sleek!
This is my first wallet purchase since I was a little kid. I've had the same wallet for over 20 years, just a regular bifold. The ridge wallet is very sleek, I really like the design, very minimalist, I love the quality of the cash strap band. I picked the white wallet, and I think it has style! It's very small, which is perfect from switching away from a bifold wallet. Functionality-wise, I think it's just a little too rough to open the wallet to add cards in, it comes with zero instruction on if you can make it a little easier to use, im not exactly sure what the torx screwdriver or the screws are for, since there's nothing in the packaging that resembles a use for it.... it actually just says right on the one thing it comes with, "we don't like instructions", so there's that. It looks incredibly durable though, and I really hope it is, but time will tell. If this wallet doesn't last I'm going back to the 20 year old ratty wallet. If ridge could at least tell people what the screws are for, that would be nice lol.

Great Wallet
Excellent wallet! I got a discounted one. No complaints :) feels high quality and holds money very securely in strap. Very sleek and minimal. Used an apple wallet before bc of minimal design and this is better in every way.

The first thing I noticed…
In my pursuit to find the best slim wallet, I explored several options available on Amazon, eventually comparing three specific models: The Ridge Wallet, the Havenhurst Slim Wallet, and the Extremus Tactical Wallet. The first thing I noticed was the weight or rather how light the Ridge Wallet is compared to the other two. Starting with the budget-friendly choices, the Havenhurst Slim Wallet is priced at approximately $24.99. It boasts a carbon fiber construction, making it a durable and efficient choice for those seeking simplicity and functionality. Following closely, the Extremus Tactical Wallet, at around $29.99, offers a robust build quality with a slightly different aesthetic appeal, yet remains a strong contender for those prioritizing practicality. However, the question arises: does The Ridge Wallet justify its $149 price tag compared to its more economical counterparts? My personal and other reviewers’ experiences suggest it does. The Ridge Wallet as stated stands out in part due to its lightweight design, even when loaded with 12 cards, it feels lighter than both the Havenhurst and Extremus wallets, the latter even when empty. This was noticeable despite not having precise weight measurements. The decision to invest in The Ridge Wallet’s Forged Ember model stemmed from a desire for not just functionality but exceptional design and quality. The Ridge Wallet’s craftsmanship and the materials used in its construction are noticeably superior, contributing to its sturdy feel and refined finish. This quality extends to its presentation and packaging, which eclipse those of its competitors, offering a more premium unboxing experience. While the Havenhurst and Extremus wallets deliver on functionality and durability at a more accessible price point, The Ridge Wallet distinguishes itself through its meticulous design, superior material quality, and enhanced user experience. It caters to those who value both form and function in a wallet, possibly seeking to make a style statement as well. In conclusion, if your focus is purely on practicality and cost-effectiveness, both the Havenhurst and Extremus wallets are commendable options. However, for those drawn towards a blend of high-end craftsmanship, design, and a dash of exclusivity, The Ridge Wallet proves to be a worthwhile investment despite its higher price point.

I don't write a lot of reviews on Amazon as I just dont have the time. Wrong I know, as I along with many others rely on product reviews! So here goes.... I had been looking for a while at The Ridge Wallet as I have an unhealthy obsession with wallets and reducing my EDC. I have to carry a lot of stuff with me every day for work, 2 phones, 2 wallets, keys, PPE, etc and HATE the fact that weight of everything is stunting my growth! Having collected all of the Trayvax wallets to date, which I love, there just were not perfect and I always ended up changing them. I went for it and bought The Ridge Wallet the other day on a whim and received it earlier than Amazon stated it would arrive. The wallet is brilliant, its slim, light and well made! Admittedly I am sceptical how the elastic will hold up with my job, but it does hold a lifetime guarantee which is always in the back of my mind, should anything go wrong. I can honestly say all of my dozens of other wallets are in the drawer for now as I haven't yet found any faults with it! The wallet is pricey, but what other wallet comes with the lifetime guarantee? Enough said! BUY IT!

El producto llegó bien cuesta un poco adaptarse al cambio a una cartera rígida. Por su tamaño pequeño se vuelve muy cómoda
