Great boost, shredded out!
I love this product. I took one in the morning and for a few weeks. Felt a great boost and had more energy I was able to sustain through my day. I even shredded a few pounds.

Works as advertised
I've been taking this daily for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. I take it in the morning and it keeps me alert and mood elevated all day. As far as the weight loss goes. My overall energy levels are high throughout the day even with eating less. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to boost their metabolism and get their body in a daily weight loss mode. Another great product by Spear. I will be continuing with this as a part of my daily supplement routine.
