This is a nice water pitcher. It has a nice blue hue and is clean looking. It does filter alot quicker than the Brita pitcher with the bigger filter. It refills easy with the hatch on top of the lid that opens and allows you to fill up the pitcher from the water pressure when filling under the faucet. There is no need to take the lid off when filling the pitcher. The spout does have a cover to keep stuff from entering the pitcher through spout. So far so good. Water tastes fine.

I am with this WATERDROP WATER FILTER PITCHER. I changed from a well-known brand that I have used for 20 years and I would have changed to the WATER DROP brand years ago if I had known, it would be this much better. The water taste so pure the picture pours without leaking and the pitcher is sturdy very easy to clean and the water is much healthier than what I had been using.

This water pitcher is amazing! I was a bit hesitant, but it has surpassed every expectation I had. Cheaper than the "other " brand, and the water filters more quickly, and it tastes so good. This is the perfect size for me (I live alone) , and the filters last a long time, and let you know when they need to be replaced.

its very good but the refilling is slow the filter portion gets super full before any water is filtered. the cap tends to come off while refilling. the water taste decent. It beats going to the store every week buying new water bottles. its super easy to set up

I ordered the water pitcher with a filter, and I also ordered a set of 3 extra filters. The pitcher filters the water well. I won't say the water is "softer" but it tastes better than water straight from the tap. I like the 10-cup size for just the two of us; it's easy to refill as needed. The color of the pitcher is good; I like the clearness of the pitcher so that I can see how much water is left in the pitcher (or whether it needs to be refilled. The filler opening at the top is interesting because when the reservoir is full, the opening auto closes. My minor suggestion to the company is to increase the size of the spout so that it's easier to pour the water into a water bottle with a small opening (an opening the size of a bottle of soda). What I really appreciated is the customer service of this company. Krystal, was a tremendous help in fixing the minor issue I had with the filter replacements (one was missing). Her professionalism, her can-do attitude, her immediate response to get me what I needed as quickly as possible turned an average purchase into a wow! moment. From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate Krystal's help and excellent customer service and more than satisfactory resolution.

Excellent water pitcher. Fits easily in my fridge door. Very easy to set up and install - same as any other pitcher, run water through filter twice then start drinking. I also like the pouring spout in that the full pitcher is covered by the lid, unlike some newer models I've seen where the spout is uncovered. It's also easy to refill, with a pushable hole on top of the pitcher. Water tastes great. Looking forward to seeing how well this holds up!

Like the look and feel of pitcher. Water tasted good. Drains quickly into pitcher and holds 10 cups but indicator light does not work. The indicator light stopped working after about a month and a half. Contacted company Jan 1 2026. Had to send address 4xs. Still waiting to find out if I’m getting new lid with indicator light. First email they said I was getting it. Now 1/15 another email. Next time I’ll get a Brita which removes lead. First email thought customer service was good because I received quick response but seems to be a run around Update I was told I would receive a lid which would have been acceptable but they sent an entire new unit. The is easy to fill, filters quickly, tastes good, holds a lot (10 cups””) looks nice. If you don’t need to filter lead it’s a nice pick

There was no lid as advertised

La primera jarra que recibí tenía un defecto, pero posteriormente pude disponer de una unidad en perfecto estado. La jarra funciona correctamente, es de buena calidad y cumple con lo que promete. En mi caso, la experiencia final ha sido satisfactoria y el producto ha cumplido mis expectativas.

Awesome so far. Replaced a water filter jug that I can no longer get filters for. I found this one & happy I did. Will edit if I have any problems

Na het openmaken van de verpakking, de instructies gevolgd met het onderdompelen van het filter en het reinigen van de houder. Dacht ik even of dat er weinig verschil zat in het kraanwater en het gefilterd water. Na een aantal keren het water gefilterd te hebben merk ik wel verschil. Het water smaakt aanzienlijk zachter en de koffie smaakt ook beter. Even het filter de kans geven om zijn werk te doen.

Utilizzo questa caraffa filtrante da pochi giorni, quindi mi riservo di aggiornare la recensione tra meno di tre mesi, per motivi che spiegherò a breve. La caraffa Waterdrop si presenta molto bene: solida al tatto nonostante sia interamente in plastica, e decisamente capiente. Provengo da un modello Philips scelto per il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, ma con un difetto non trascurabile: i filtri, dichiarati con una durata di un mese, spesso dopo due settimane iniziavano a filtrare molto lentamente, rendendola praticamente inutilizzabile. Un problema condiviso da molti altri utenti. Waterdrop, invece, dichiara una durata di tre mesi per ogni filtro. Per ora, l'acqua scorre abbondante e senza rallentamenti. Inoltre, il sapore è completamente neutro, segno che la filtrazione funziona bene. Al momento, cinque stelle meritatissime, soprattutto considerando il prezzo. Ma mi riservo di confermare il giudizio con l’uso prolungato.
