These are absolutely life savors if you get migraines like I do. I have several of these in my fridge & freezer. Just put the eye compress on your eyes, it has an attached elastic adjustment band so it will stay in place. It covers the whole eye area from temple to temple. , they are very comfortable to wear because of adjustable elastic band that’s attached to. They last forever if you take care of them properly.

These were a perfect stocking stuffer for my 2 daughters for Christmas. They both complain of frequent headaches and were always looking for ice packs. The fact that these come in a pack/2 was perfect. The beads inside are gel-like (like Orbeez) and freeze nicely, so that the ice pack conforms to your face. It's durable and comfortable and the stretchy velcro strap makes it easy to take on and off.

Works as described

The optometrist recommended I gel a gel bead eye mask. Needed to weigh down my eyelids so they would close completely when I sleep to prevent dry eye. Comfortable without adjusting the strap at all. Seems to be working. Haven't tried hot or cold.

I really like these. I have been getting puffy eyes and bags so I purchased these. I use them 1 or 2x a week. They freeze quick and stay cold long. The only complaint is they are a little stiff out of the freezer and require you to break up the beads, but it's okay because then they can contour to your face better! Would definitely recommend!

As someone in a profession that involves a lot of computer monitor use, my eyes are always tired, so I've been using this product. First off, the fact that it has a plastic case means it doesn't absorb odors when I put it in the fridge, which seems like a good thing. I use both sides; initially, I use the rougher side on my eyes, and once it melts a bit, I flip it over to use the other side.The downside is that it's quite hard when you first take it out of the freezer, so you need to let it thaw a little before using it.

Be careful not to overheat. I heated at 5 second intervals for approximately 15 seconds. Loved how the warmth on my eyes felt after a long day.

Once frozen the mask does sit will on the eyes. It feels like there's too much pressure on them. Like a hand is smashing your eyes. Massage the mask a lot once taken out of the freezer.
