Just so everyone knows, this item came damaged. However, the damage was very minor, and as I already have purchased a cover to go over and protect this freezer, I decided to just keep it instead of going through the hassle of doing a return. As for the freezer itself, it’s very energy efficient to the point that there’s no noticeable difference in my electric bill. It fits perfectly in the space I had at the end of my cabinets. However, I’m going to be remodeling my kitchen, so my refrigerator is going to be placed where this freezer is. I’ll be expanding the width of my pantry and adding an electric outlet there, so it’ll be placed inside the pantry itself, completely out of sight. This chest freezer holds a surprising amount of food for being only 7 cubic feet. Runs extremely quiet. Upon initial plug-in, the freezer came down to temperature in about 20 minutes. I expected it to take much longer considering that it had been moved around. I really like having it. I’m single, but despite having a fairly large freezer in my LG Refrigerator/freezer, I was still emptying it out in slightly over a week’s time, as most of the stuff I eat is frozen. The extra space gives me a better selection of meals to pick from. I’m planning to add an additional chest freezer on my large covered Lani behind my home. I may buy a slightly larger Frigidaire for that as well. I’m giving this freezer 5 stars because, although slightly damaged, that’s obviously no fault of the freezer itself, which is what this review is about. Delivery however, gets only 1 star. Delivery of Amazon purchases has gotten extremely BAD. With as many porch pirates that are out there, you’d think that by now, the delivery companies could AT LEAST ring the doorbell when they drop off a package. Apparently that’s asking too much, even though the doorbell’s right there smack in front of them. I guess expecting the doorbell to go “ding-dong” when a package arrives is asking a bit too much. They can take the time to take a picture of the products sitting at my door, but that doorbell thing is apparently a step too far. Especially when it comes to large items like a chest freezer that was left blocking the outside of my front door.

When our fridge went out, this thing was a lifesaver! Works well, not huge. It however, does not have an automatic defroster. Otherwise, great product!

We got it the boxes look good but when they opened it .it had 2 dents. One on top The corner and at the bottom but plug up and running hope it makes them a good one it was a gift so I hate it had 2 dents but I hope it doesn’t cause them problems later so far they happy for it they run it 24 hour to see if it holds it cooling or not so thank you this is our 2nd time buying

Didnt come dented like all the other complaints, but its a bit smaller than it looks in pictures. Its a very good size for spare frozen goods though. Takes a little longer to freeze but for the price, its a great addition.

Item ordered on4/13 not ETA for delivery, no instructions that says in order to get this product the shipper can put any date they choose. Although the instructions says to prepare your area and that someone should be present for delivery, there was no attempt to call me for appointment, after 4 days, the carrier decided that 1 month was feasible from CA to NC. However the product shipped sooner and sat in the NC location for 8 days, still with no call, after calling to get a refund to CEVA delivery, I was told that they had no number on file and set the delivery to May 4. I was then told that "IF" if wanted it I would have to call the NC office. I then called that office and, the rep knew my number and address and told me that it was scheduled for delivery on that date and it had been sitting for almost 10 days in the NC warehouse?????? Now, can someone explain why: #1. no clear instructions for delivery, 2. why the shipping office says no phone number of file for delivery ( but receiving warehouse does have the number) - was answer #1 not correct? and 3. CEVA must have no problem carrying a large item like this in there warehouse for weeks without trying to see what the problem is.....seems like a waste of money - 4. Customer service seems to know that this is an issue but are satisfied that it is NOT their problem - it's a system issue, not there's!! I would look for this product elsewhere it is not worth the hassle!

I purchased this to store breastmilk. It was very easy to start up: just plug in and go! It is perfect! If you package your milk in gallon bags, they stack nicely in the freezer. And it keeps them frozen hard with no thawing. And it doesn’t take a ton of space.

I needed a freezer for my camp house. I received my freezer three days earlier than expected. Box was undamaged and everything appeared ok. After unboxing , I discovered that it had decent ding down near the thermostat. I was a little worried on bow the damage occurred before the unit was boxed up, but after I plugged it in and let it run a little while, it started working just fine. Not real happy about the ding, but at this price, and for the 7 ft capacity, I'd still say it was a good deal for the money spend. The unit is pretty quiet, just a mild hum. The size fit perfectly in my small camp house. Freeze capacity is very good as well. Now that I've read some of the other reviews, these must be dent and ding models, but thet still work great. I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't dinged up.

Perfect! Works great and is the perfect size for a family of 2. It was delivered and working in 15 minutes. Ordered it and was delivered 2 days later. You won’t get that service from the big box stores!

I am absolutely loving this little freezer. It has quickly become one of my favourite additions to my home, and I honestly don’t know why I waited so long to get it. This size is perfect. It doesn’t take up a lot of space, yet it provides enough room for frozen meats, vegetables, prepare meals, and other items I like to keep on hand. For a smaller household, a family of three or anyone with limited space it offers a fantastic balance between capacity and footprint. I appreciate most is the quietness of this freezer. I don’t know it’s on sometimes I think oh maybe it’s not on but it is running quietly in the background which is outstanding. Once it’s running, I barely noticed it’s there. It also cools quickly and maintains a consistent temperature, keeping everything frozen as expected. The lid opens easily and the interior is surprisingly spacious for a compact freezer. I’ve been impressed with how much I can fit inside while still keeping everything organizing and accessible. The bill quality feels solid and clean. Design fits nicely into my space without feeling bulky your intrusive. It’s has given me extra freezer storage exactly when I needed it. I am extremely happy and satisfied with this freezer. It is compact, efficient, quiet, and incredibly practical. If you’re looking for additional free space without committing to a larger unit, this is an excellent choice. Definitely recommend it.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!!! I AM SUPER HAPPY WITH THE SIZE AND THE FACT THAT IT CAN ALSO BE USED AS A FRIDGE MAKES IT THAT MUCH BETTER!! I WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE THIS ITEM AGAIN!!!! 😁
