Adjustable or not it's pretty small. Does the job for hopping around the house on the other leg I guess. The material is breathable and comfortable enough to wear all day. There is some amount of knee support there but eehh... how much is there? I'm not sure. Might be acceptably sized for teens, women and the kind of twiggy vegetarian lanklet that would be mercilessly folded in half by a mere glance at the space-warping mass of a real bendy leg bit. For any men with thighs like tree trunks forged from a lifetime of walking, jogging, labour and bacon or cocoa ladies with slightly more junk in the trunk than the average white girl, the "for men" description in the title likely refers to men in the same way that the most petite, dainty and ethereal bed-bound Victorian waifs that seem eternally on the edge of expiration from the consumption are also men. Sportsmen, Gym bros, Athletes, Farmers, Muay Thai practitioners etc: I'm not sure I can recommend this for sporting or heavy physical activity. Go see a GP, Physio or Pharmacy for a proper product recommendation. Ligament damage doesn't get better.

Previously I had order the slip on type knee support, however I didn't find them as effective because I never managed to get the right fitting. This knee brace has three velcro straps which allows you to secure it as tight/loose as you want. I've only used it for about a week, where I keep it on most of the day and then take it off at night and I feel it really helps. Mine is for more muscle/ligament support and I find my knee doesn't hurt as much when I wear this support brace. With the straps it does make it a little bit more bulky than the slip on type so you probably wouldn't be able to wear tight fitting jeans/trousers. For the price I think it's really worth it and the quality of the brace seems pretty reasonable too, I suppose time will tell how long it lasts.

Decent knee support for price, easy to use and comfortable. It gives good support.

Useless!! Does not appear to have been completed, appears that Velcro is missing, no support thus does not give support to knee, fall does in seconds Waste of money!

Too small for my knee I have wide knees Velcro wouldn’t meet. Any one with wide knees like me do not buy
