A great, easy and wonderful read that helps us understand the anatomy of our consciousness.
Being a student of Biology, I have always been fascinated about the structure or internal workings of our physical bodies. However, through this book, I'm seeing for the first time, the words Spiritual and anatomy combined together. When I embarked upon the journey to understand the structure and workings of our spiritual selves, I felt a sense of joy and wonder. This book has helped me navigate and get an understanding of the energy fields and how regulating them can bring about a profound sense of lasting joy in my life. The book is also interspersed with some amazing stories, which kept me truly engaged. Also, there are practical meditation and rejuvenation techniques outlined in the book that helped me implement contemplative practices in my daily routine. These methods have assisted me in being more aware of my thoughts and feelings. The goal outlined in the book which is "Read and Enjoy, Meditate and Feel, Experience and Transcend" has truly been justified. A MUST READ for anyone who is interested in self improvement.
