On the jar it says ‘made in belgium’ but in the description it says made in united kingdom? i wonder which one is correct?

Does this contain palm oil or and palm sugars?

I have now finished the jar and thrown it away, but I am fairly sure that it did contain both palm oil and vegetable oil. It certainly has that slightly oily consistency and it probably doesn't all come from the nuts.

What ingredients are in this spread?

The label says: veg oil, maltitol, hazelnuts, fat reduced cocoa, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifer and natural flavouring. It's delicious and not as sweet as traditional chocolate spread

How many calories in a tablespoon? And how many grams of sugar in a tablespoon?

I don't know in a tablespoon. In 100gr 494cal, 36.6g fat and 8.7g sugar.
