Door lock is good quality wise

For the first year the product worked well. When we replaced the battery, the trouble started. It is the correct battery. Paid service was availed twice for troubleshooting. They could not resolve the problem. They recommend replacement at 75% cost as the warranty expired 6 months ago. I am clear I bought a product which is not proven and I regret my decision to buy Qubo product. I lost Rs.2000/ in paid service and battery replacement cost. The normal life of such product shall be 5 to 7 years.
