uAttend BN6500 Biometric Fingerprint Time Clock System for Small Business with WiFi and Cloud-Based Employee Timecards

I just ordered this from Amazon with ALOT of hesitancy. I read the reviews and became more concerned about my ability to get this item up and running. Knowing Amazons return policies I decided I would give it a try. When I first received the item it was well packaged and seemed fairly easy to install, but I was nervous with the posts I have read before. I got it started surprisingly quick but ran into a snag in syncing with my system, so i made the dreaded call to the supposedly terrible customer service. Within minutes I had a live English Speaking American on the phone that found and walked me through my problem is about 3 minutes. Man that was terrible (Not Really it was very pleasant) Next I synced the finger prints of my 10 employees into the pad. Easy and Painless. I downloaded the app on my phone and Now I can see who is in, who is out, what my current spend is at the push of a button on my phone. My employees can clock in on their phone with GPS coordinate and clock in on their computers when working from home. I have to be honest. I LOVE THIS SYSTEM. Exactly what I am looking for. Dont always believe the haters that have no business using technology anyway. Very easy, Very Clean, Great customer service, Reasonable monthly fee.

Does not read fingerprints well. Lots of issues with missed times and unrecognizable fingerprints. Went with different system. Payroll program worked.

Looking for the right device,I made a research and I finally bought one before I got this one. The other came in Chinese, the menu and the instructions. Since I don't speak Chinese, I returned it and got this one. I must say I am very happy with it. It took a couple of phone calls to the support to set it up, but they were very nice and once I got it set up, it is easy to use and the online software is great. You can access from any where since it's cloud base and from any device. It's the best one for it's price.

The customer service at uAttend is absolutely AMAZING. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Any issue I have, I chat with them... if the chat isn't getting us anywhere, they call you immediately. They can also log into your computer for you and fix it if you're having problems. Again, an amazing product. This one is wifi so it can be hidden in the office and not by our modem (Which is where customers would see it) and the wifi in our restaurant is TERRIBLE, but it still manages to work perfectly. in this day and age when you say WiFi it is no brainier, search for the SSD and click yes then enter the password and you are good to go. Hmmm.. not this thing. to start this device does not allow you to enter numbers as part of the password. so lets say your current password on the router has a number then you will have to wipe it and enter a different password on the router. if you don't have access to your router like the customer who left the main negative review on this item then you might as well return it. luckily that was no issue for me. i changed the password and now it connects but it cant go online. i changed the "Authentication Method" to everything known to mankind.. nope. i ended up activating via the LAN option which seem yo work fine. menus are translated from a different language to English.... "Chinese" if i have guess but still okay to use. i would give this clock 2 stars but i went with one because of the amount of frustration i went though trying to get this thing to with wifi. oh, also by the way since i didn't know that when i bought it. you have to sign up for an account and pay an average of $2 per employee per month to get this thing to work. the more clocks you have the more money you pay.

Clock is great once you get it setup. Setup is a pain!

I’ve bought over 10 of these for my business. And I found the best price here. However, even though they say new, it would appear that some may be refurbished. I say this because after removing yhr protective film on 2 of them, you can clearly see some scratches and wear on a corner or two. But outside of that they worked perfectly fine and because of the savings I was more than satisfied

Returned. Why? Because it’s another grift with a subscription service! There is zero need for a time clock to use a subscription, and you can’t set it up without one. It’s just another blatant cash grab. Gross!

I recommend this!!

I don't like any subscription I will return its too expensive to pay subscription on top of that I want to control my time by myself
