excellent blades for general use very strong and sturdy, i use mine to cut plastic soil,pipe,lead pipes, wood ,although you do need to purchase the blade handle ,after that just change blade.

Had the Eclipse saw since the 60s. Doesn't get used that much anymore - first choice power tools. But invaluable for mixed materials (think metal embedded in wood) awkward positions and limited access - Over the years I have cut steel - cast iron - aluminium - brass - copper - concrete - brick- breeze block - ceramic - various plastics. Just bought the trillionth blade - thought a review was in order.

The best Multi Purpose Saw I have had to hand since the early 80's. This saw blade will get you out of trouble on so many difficult jobs and you will bless the day you made this so reasonably priced investment.

Good replacement for a saw we have had for years and cut through sold plastic letterbox easily when we needed to reduce the depth. Having said all this we already had the saw. You will find you can buy a saw with blade of different manufacture for the same cost. On the whole is is slightly overpriced.
