Works great! My boyfriend's dress shirts are always tight in the neck so I got him these and he loved them. It gives just that little extra stretch in the neck. Definitely cheaper than buying all flex collar shirts. Handy although I wouldn't wear it unless wearing a tie. Seems to stay in place just fine

I've used collar extenders like these for years: they're handy to have around, because you always have a pinch moment where you need a dress shirt but they're all in the laundry. Using these, you can turn your casual shirts into something you can use a tie with. Or, in my case, the 'slim fit' shirt I bought turned out to be surprisingly slim and I need a little more breathing space.

Product is hard to put on and off. The material is hard plastic which makes it harder.
