Great floating light very well made

The media could not be loaded. Fabulous little office focal piece. Definitely a conversation starter, and you can nerd out on induction and electromagnetism for a while. The sales image is slightly misleading in that the the bulb appears to float much higher than it actually does. That being said it does float about a fingers width above the base, and it’s quite cool to run a sheet of paper or a pencil underneath and wow onlookers. Could be cheaper, but I’m pleased nonetheless!

Bought for someone who has everything except a floating light bulb, product is excellent, easy set up and works great, very much a conversation starter packaging was good and condition it arrived in was also good bulb will slowly spin weather the light is on or off, the base unit must have power at all times for it to float otherwise it sticks to the base with some force, receiver was very pleased with it

Overall, I'm pleased with this. Gives a very subtle light which brightens a dim corner of the room, and slowly rotates around 12 rpm. It's a great talking point, everyone who's seen it loves it. A bit fiddly to get it to float, but easy once you get used to it, but as long as it has power, it will float until it needs dusting. It's not perfect... the 4 individual filaments are more visible than in the photos, and mine had a European power supply and ungainly UK adapter. Also seem to have a few marks inside the glass, but really only visible under close inspection. I think £80 is expensive for a light, but the novelty value offsets that somewhat.

Looks great and is good value compared to some others on the market.Took a few minutes to get it to float the first time.You can sort of feel it "click" into place and once you get used to that feeling it takes a few seconds.Cool for mood lighting and a good talking point for guests, and if you give it a little spin it can carry on for a couple of hours sometimes.

Ordered for a gift which was presented two days ago. The bulb was broken and too late for refund.Surely the packaging should be better to protect thin glass.DO NOT BUY!!!
