Sure, it has instructions and is available in English and Spanish, and includes recipes. It's pretty thick.

Equally bad experience, I suggest you go to the seller for help, they can usually be contacted by email on the instructions or after sales on Amazon.

I would store it in the freezer so it is ready for use. Otherwise you would need to put it in the freezer for 16-24 hours until you can use it
