Really nice. Did come without key and only realised when opened at Christmas. Contacted the supplier and they were really good. Replaced key within a couple of days. Very happy husband

Almost perfect
Well made watch box and very quite winding motor.The only reason it's not 5 star is that it wants to topple forward with the door open if you're not careful.

Highs and lows
On the upside, it looks really great. Very classy, the lighting is good, and it's a robust piece of kit. (Tip for people saying that the cushions fall out of the housings, turn them sideways - rather than thin edge into the slot - and they'll fit snugly).On the downside, a couple of the rotors (left hand, if that makes any difference) have become noisy, and the watches on them aren't getting wound correctly - which is the whole point of them, so fundamentally flawed.If you put it side up - so the watches are being displayed vertically (rather than laying it down like a drawer) - it is very unsteady and prone to falling face flat. That could just be a use case for me, but it's something that I would have thought the designers should have considered.

Too noisy
The winder looks good but the noise level makes it a real problem in a bedroom. It has started to growl and clunks even without a watch loaded on the revolving pads.I suspect it won't last long.Lots of storage for watches and t backlight looks great.

Happy at first
Lasted 6 months then one rotor broke. Company customer services had been very good and replaced the part with instructions to repair, months later the other rotor has broken. As yet no response from the company. Disappointing !

works and looks great but big mark just inside the case
looks great and works well however, there is a black line that looks like a pen mark or fault just inside the casing, so it is visible for anyone looking at it. tried to find a "contact the seller" thing to resolve but couldn't find it. if seller sees this please contact to discuss, picture attached

Truly amazing
I was a little skeptical initially as most of the winders having 4 slots are usually in the price range of 600+ AED. This product ticked all the boxes for me all the way from packaging to the extremely quite motor. It performs excellent with 4 modes of motor control and the design looks very premium for the price. I am very happy with the product.
