Love this product
I have always had a problem with piles while pregnant and was looking for something natural.I was recommended this product being chemical free. Love it and it works for me.

I cant remember how i found out about this but it seems to be pretty good to ease things in down below. Only reason not 5 stars is the cost. I managed to get a bigger jar while in the states quite cheap. but i have bought on UK Amazon when its been on offer

Broken seal
Wish I had read the 1 star reviews as well as the 5 star ones before buying this! Product arrived in a box that had been resealed with a random sticker and then the safety seal on the product itself has been broken, followed by a large amount looking missing and smudges of the product around the edge...like it had already been used!!!! Safe to say it wasn't being used and is literally money in the bin!!

I know I’m not the intended audience for this product, but I stumbled across this product when I was researching hemorrhoid treatments. It was called Rhoid Balm at the time, and it’s lasted me so long that the product name has changed! It has been a game changer for me as a man who has sex with other men. I feel immediate relief as soon as I use it, and depending on the severity of symptoms, it’ll last anywhere between a few hours to half a day. I’ve been able to make it last for so long the value vs return has been amazing. I really can’t talk more highly about it. It is pretty greasy, and just water won’t take it off, but it doesn’t tend to smear, and a little goes a long way. I choose this over anything in the drug stores.

This seemed to work better than the anusol brand. Only thing is the price is a bit steep for how tinyyyyy it is. Pictures are misleading. This thing is small but I guess you only need a little
