The old Craftsman remote would no longer close the door. Opening was iffy. Tried this one. Programming was easy and straight forward. As others have noted, the one button close does not work. It may work once after making sure it is activated but does not work after that. Not a show stopper but I did take off one star for that. Other than that it works great. Used the same screw holes as the old one.
