I only got one clamp it's supposed to have 2 ?

I actually got 2 clamps, but it was way down at the bottom of the tube packaging and could be easily missed without a flashlight.

Are angle bends as shown in pictures? Some other bars are actually almost flat like straight barbell. Want unit with really sharp bend angles.
